1. Digital-Only Policy
All products and services sold on TalkOfUSA.com are digital in nature and delivered electronically. There are no physical goods shipped and no returns accepted.
2. No Returns
Since our services involve digital listings, memberships, and related promotions, all sales are considered final. There is no mechanism to “return” the digital benefits once accessed, and therefore, returns are not applicable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

Duplicate charges due to a technical error

Payment processed for an unintended membership tier and reported within 7 days

Inability to fulfill the digital listing or service due to internal error or policy-based denial (e.g., rejection of vice-related businesses)
Refund requests must be made in writing to info@talkofusa.com within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in cases such as:

Buyer remorse or misunderstanding of the product

Lack of performance from the listing (our directories do not guarantee traffic or leads)

Violations of our Terms of Use leading to listing removal

Failure to provide required business listing information after purchase
5. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in removal from all TalkOfUSA directories and disqualification from future participation. Please reach out to us directly for assistance.
